Vancouver based capital firm ABT Capital Markets Inc. today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire a 25% stake in ESG Data Services Inc. ("ESG Analytics"), a next-generation AI-powered environmental, social and governance (ESG) data analytics and research firm.
ESG Analytics employs full-scale alternative data and artificial intelligence to measure risks and opportunities in the environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices of countries, companies and ETFs. ESG Analytics’ robust data intelligence will support ABT Capital’s analytics-driven decision making, providing a holistic understanding of potential investee businesses.
