Stinker Stores is a rapidly expanding convenience store chain currently operating approximately 125 locations across Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming. The initial products to be featured will include H2O Balance Sparkling Water, H2O Balance Water, iV Revive energy shot drink and iV Relax drink.

The issuance of such shares is subject to regulatory and exchange approval. The shares will have a hold period of 4 months and one day from the date of issuance.
