Playgon Enters into MOU and Commences Software Integration with Intelligent Gaming (PTY) Ltd. on its First Software Licensing-Distribution Agreement

(TSXV:DEAL) / (Frankfurt:7CR) ("Playgon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Intelligent Gaming (PTY) Ltd, a licensed manufacturer of gaming products. ("IGL"). The MOU outlines the acceptance by both parties of the agreed upon commercial terms and conditions, along with the commencement of the integration of Playgon’s proprietary mobile first ‘Live Dealer Solution and E-Table Games’ into IGL’s Gaming Platform, while the Software Licensing-Distribution Agreement ("SLDA") is being finalized.

IGL is an aggregator of content in the South African gaming market. IGL through their platform distribute proprietary and third party content; i.e. Playgon’s mobile first Live Dealer software solution, to their gaming clients.
