The Black’s accepted a stepping stone from CiB member Kim Amor.
A year of bragging rights now begins for three local families who were nominated and won First Place in the Swan Hills Communities in Bloom Local Yard Contest.
Winners, Scott & Barb Berry, Rita Johnson, and Keith & Jan Black were invited to a celebratory dinner held in their honour and to welcome the Provincial CiB judges to Swan Hills.
The winners were treated to an amazing dinner at the 50+. Provincial judges were toured around town, including the winners properties; by local CiB members.
“Thank you so much for all the efforts you have put into your yards and landscaping.” Said CiB member Nadine Thompson. “We want to thank everyone (in Swan Hills) for what they contribute to the community.”
Provincial judges, Sharon and Shelley joined the thunderous applause as each family accepted their commemorative stepping stone from the local CiB committee.
