Kensey and Iris are K & I Crafts
Local youth Kensey Thomsen and Iris MacDonald have started their own craft business, K & I Crafts. Their first order of business was to sell their homemade crafts and donate the funds to local groups. Gary Beeson accepted a donation on behalf of the Swan Hills Hospital Foundation; a group that raises funds for the Swan Hills Healthcare Centre.
Kensey and Iris chose the Hospital Foundation as one of their recipients stating “K&I Crafts would like to donate $50 to the Hospital because you took good care of our parents when they were in the hospital, and for taking care of every patient you see. We appreciate all you do”.
